From request to deposit in as few as 3–5 days. No complicated paperwork.
Apply
Apply by phone or LINE. We'll confirm whether mail-in is possible for your items. Let us know if you need cushioning or boxes (we send them free of charge).
We send the mail-in kit
We ship you a mail-in kit. Photo ID (driver's license, etc.) is required at delivery (identity verification service). If you requested packing materials, they are shipped together.
Prepare your shipment
Fill in the info sheet by hand, prepare a copy of your ID, and pack your items securely. See "Acceptable ID documents" below for details.
Ship (we pay)
Use the prepaid label to ship the items, info sheet and ID copy together. We cover all shipping costs.
Receipt confirmation & appraisal
We confirm receipt on arrival and have specialists appraise each item carefully at market value. We share results by phone or email.
Decision & bank transfer
If you accept, we transfer to your bank account within three business days. If you don't accept, we return all items free of charge (we cover return shipping and appraisal).

Acceptable ID documents
Mail-in buyback is a "non-face-to-face transaction" under Article 15(3) of the Secondhand Goods Business Act Enforcement Regulations, so stricter ID verification than in-person is required. We need a copy of a document that confirms name, address and date of birth. Please provide one of the following.
✅ Driver's license (recommended)
Within validity period. Send a copy of the front. If address-change details are on the back, copy that side too.
Mask: If you have an old format with the registered domicile listed, cover that field with a sticky note before copying.
✅ My Number Card (front only)
Send a copy of the front only.
⚠ Never copy or send the back (12-digit My Number). It is unlawful for businesses to obtain individual numbers.
Mask: Cover the "sex" field and "organ donation declaration" field with a sticky note before copying.
✅ Passport
Send a copy of the photo page. If the holder-entry page lists an address, copy that page too.
⚠ Passports issued from Feb 2020 do not contain an address field. In that case, include a copy of a supplementary document (utility receipt, etc.) that confirms your address.
✅ Basic Resident Registration Card / Residence Card / Special Permanent Resident Certificate
The Basic Resident Registration Card must have a photo and be within its validity period. For Residence Card and Special Permanent Resident Certificate, send copies of both the front and back, within validity period.
About health insurance cards
New issuance ended in December 2024. Cards currently in your possession are accepted only during the transition period (around July 2026). If you use one, you must black out four fields: ① insured number ② insured ID ③ insurer number ④ QR code (if any). Keep name, date of birth and address visible — these are needed for verification. After the transition period ends, health insurance cards will no longer be accepted.
✂ Masking unnecessary information
We only need name, address and date of birth. Please mask other personal information before copying or photographing. This protects your sensitive information.

② Cover the relevant fields with black pen or correction tape
③ Copy again (so the original doesn't show through)
📱 Photo from your smartphone
① Place a sticky note or paper over the relevant fields
② Take the photo with them covered
Please note
Digital masking with photo-editing apps cannot be distinguished from document tampering and is not accepted. Please use a physical method (sticky note, tape or marker).
Also: do not mask your name, address or date of birth — these are required for verification.
"Non-forwardable mail" & bank account
📬 Address verification via non-forwardable mail
Under the law, we may verify your address via "non-forwardable mail" — to confirm you actually live at the address listed. If you have filed a change-of-address with the post office, the mail won't reach you, so please be aware.
💰 About your bank account
We transfer payment only to a bank account in your own name. The name on your ID must match the account name. If they differ (e.g. due to LINE or phoneer surname), please contact us in advance.
