Required Documents & ID Verification
Required documents (ID verification under the Secondhand Goods Business Act)
The transaction requires a photo ID (government-issued). Please have a driver's license, My Number Card, passport, residence card or similar ready. This is because the Secondhand Goods Business Act (Article 15) requires secondhand dealers to verify identity and keep transaction records. Buying from anyone under 18 generally requires the consent of a parent or guardian. We manage personal information appropriately under our Privacy Policy and retain transaction records for the period required by law. For details, see About Us & our secondhand dealer license.
