What should I bring?

How long does the appraisal take?

For a few items, typically 30–60 minutes. You may wait at the store or return later.

Are appraisal fees charged?

Appraisal is free. Even if you decline, no fees apply. Quote-only consultations are accepted.

Can I receive cash on the spot?

Yes — if you accept the offer, we pay in cash on the spot.

Can I bring older or broken items?

Yes, please bring them. We may appraise them depending on condition. Contacting us in advance helps us confirm.
